Principal Rick Swanson and Director of Athletics Jim Quatromoni are proud to announce April Tremante as the next Varsity Girls Soccer Head Coach at Hingham High School.
Tremante joins the Hingham High School athletic department with experience at the highest levels of collegiate soccer. Previously, she was the varsity coach at Weston High School in Connecticut. Most recently, Coach Tremante worked as an assistant at Duxbury High School. She has also worked as a small group trainer for local college student athletes.
"I am thrilled to have the opportunity to be the Head Coach of the Hingham High School Girls Soccer team," Tremante said. "Hingham has historically been a strong program with competitive players. I am looking forward to the chance to continue the tradition and positive culture in this great community."
"We are extremely fortunate to have a coach with the level of experience that Coach Tremante has," Quatromoni said. "We are looking forward to seeing her embrace her new role with our program and helping our student-athletes achieve the best versions of themselves on and off of the field."
Tremante had a standout playing career as a scholarship player at Boston College. Early on, Coach Tremante embraced leadership becoming a captain of her team at Boston College.
